  • Applicable for any transaction of LKR 25,000 above at any merchant (Excluding transaction for Fuel, Leisure, Supermarkets, Utility bills, cash withdrawals, gambiling & capital transactions)
  • Offer valid from 24th to 28th March & 24th to 28th April 2021 (inclusive of both days)
  • The offer is valid for a maximum of 2 transactions for the duration of the offer

  • Cardholder may enjoy 3, 6 & 12 months interest free instalment plans at no extra charge for transactions of LKR 25,000 & above at selected partner merchants.
  • A Cardholder is entitled to convert a maximum of 5 transactions at a single merchant establishment for the duration of the promotion.
  • The Bank has the right to request for billing proof / invoices from the cardholder in order to convert transactions.
  • This offer is not valid for commercial purpose transactions.
  • Cardholder(s) is/are to settle the total bill payment via Union Bank Visa International Credit Card.

Terms & Conditions

  • Offer is valid at all supermarkets / grocery stores & fuel stations island wide.
  • Minimum spend should exceed LKR 2000 for fuel cashback and Minimum spend should exceed LKR 4,000 for supermarket cashback to be eligible for the cash back promo at the supermarket / grocery or fuel stations.
  • Maximum cash back will be restricted to LKR 2,000 per day at either supermarket/grocery or fuel station.
  • The bank reserves the right to reverse the cash back values that exceed the daily maximum allowed limit.
  • The cardholder will have to pay the full amount due at the supermarket / grocery or fuel station at the time of completing the transaction. The Cash Back adjustment will be reflected on the credit card statement. No reimbursements will be made in cash or as a discount at the merchant location.
  • Union Bank at its sole discretion will decide the eligibility for the cash back promotion for the cardholder based on internal criteria.
  • Any disputed, reversed / refunded or cancelled/void transactions will be excluded from the promotion.
  • The bank reserves the right to change the mechanism of the promotion with or without informing the cardholder.
