Union Bank Top-Up & Go, is a smart, simple and secure cashless mode of topping up your Union Bank Account from other Banks using the Union Bank Mobile App UBGO. It facilitates instant fund transfers and is a convenient and fast way to access funds from accounts maintained with other banks when transferring money, paying bills or simply saving with Union Bank. This service is facilitated through Sri Lanka’s digital payment platform JustPay.

How to set up UB Top-Up & Go

• Download the Union Bank Mobile App
• Sign into your account and tap on menu bar and “Add Account”
• Insert other bank account details (Available only for JustPay enabled Banks)
• Enter the OTP sent by the other bank
• Your registration is done!

How to pay or transfer funds using UB Top-up & Go

• Once registered, you can Top up Union Bank Account through the Top-up option
• Carry out desired payment or transaction (Select from Scan QR & Pay, make bill payments, Fund transfer & more)
• Wait for the SMS confirmation.
• A nominal per transaction fee will apply

Eligibility

• You must be a Union Bank account holder and should be registered for Online & Mobile banking service
• Your mobile phone should have the Union Bank Mobile App to use this service. To download click
• You can add only accounts of other Banks which are under your personal name
