Union Bank celebrated outstanding achievements across the organisation at the UB Heroes Awards for 2Q 2026, a performance-driven initiative designed to recognize and reward employees, branches, and departments for their exceptional contributions and achievements.

Continuing the success achieved at the 1Q 2026 UB Heroes Awards, Trincomalee Branch, under the leadership of Branch Manager Thushanthini Jesudasan, once again emerged as the Best Branch. The branch was also recognised with the KPI Achievement Award for successfully achieving all seven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The awards were presented by Dilshan Rodrigo, Director/CEO.
