Union Bank recognised its long-serving employees at this year’s ‘UB Port Paradise’ event, celebrating employees who reached significant service milestones of 20 and 25 years. The employees received their long service awards from Dilshan Rodrigo, Director/CEO of Union Bank, in appreciation of their continued dedication and contribution to the Bank’s journey.
Charitha Rajakaruna (Recoveries), Dulini Sarathchandra (Human Resources), Dilaksha Fernando (SME & Transaction Banking), Waruna Fonseka (Recoveries), and Roshan De Alwis (Operations) were recognized with 20 year Service Awards, while Bimal De Zoysa (Credit Administration) and Wasantha De Silva (Regional Office – Central Region) received 25 year Service Awards. Their long-standing dedication exemplifies the loyalty, professionalism, and commitment that continue to strengthen the Bank’s culture and drive service excellence. At the event Mohamed Fazal(Credit Operations) was also recognized for his outstanding achievements in sports representing the Bank.
