• The offer will be valid only for all UB Visa Credit Cardholders.
• In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a UB Visa Credit Card.
• The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.
• VISA shall assume no responsibility for the quality of service/products provided.
• VISA reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the Rules, Terms, and Conditions applicable to this offer at any given time without prior notice to Cardholders.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offer.
• In the event of any dispute or difference the decision of VISA shall be final and conclusive.
• The General Credit Cards terms and conditions will continue to apply.
• The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the merchants and any claim by the Cardholder against the merchants will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
• The General Terms & Conditions of UB Bank and VISA shall apply.
• The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
• The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
