Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Buy anything anywhere with your UB Platinum & Signature credit card and convert the transactions in to 0% interest up to 24-month instalment plans.
2. Offer valid on transactions performed from 13th to 17th April 2026.
3. Installment Payments plans can be selected from 03, 06, 12, 18 & 24 months for better financial management.
4. 0% interest installment plans minimum transaction value for conversions Rs.50,000/-.
5. Offer valid on any POS or e-commerce transactions excluding cash advances, Fuel purchases and Mobile/ Virtual Wallet top ups.
6. One-time processing fee applicable.

1. To convert transactions to an installment plan, cardholder should call the union bank contact center on 011 7818181 within 14 days from the transaction date.
2. Maximum total transaction amount converted during one promotion day cannot exceed following amounts:
   -Platinum – LKR.   500,000
   -Signature – LKR.2,000,000

General Terms & Conditions

• Promotion eligibility is only on one-time transactions. (Transactions cannot be split and combined in order to convert in to instalment plans.)
• Card holder(s) is/are to settle the total bill payment via Union Bank Visa International Credit Card(s) to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
• The total amount of all instalment plans (ESP plans on the card account to date) maintained by the customer cannot exceed 80% of the card limit at any given time.
• This offer is not valid for fuel, casino, gambling, cash advances, transactions performed for commercial purposes, transactions performed on behalf of third parties, card being used other than by the cardholder and card has been pre-funded to process the transaction.
• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
• Union Bank reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
• Union Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment and Union Bank shall be final.
• In the event of an early settlement, a fee of 4% will be charged on the remaining outstanding balance of the Easy Payment Plan.
• The general Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
