• The instalment waiver will be provided as an upfront discount. Refer the example below for further illustration. Example –
  • Transaction Value – Rs. 200,000/-
  • 3 instalments – Rs. 5,128 *3 (Rs. 200,000 / 39)
  • Total saving    – Rs. 15,385/-
• Monthly instalment – (200,000 – 15,385) / 36
  • Rs. 5,128/-
• Customers must visit www.lovetubuy.lk in order to avail the offer.
• Maximum waiver / discount per transaction will be Rs. 15,385
• A cardholder is eligible for 1 transaction, for the duration of the offer
• Card members can convert the transaction(s) only under the 36 month extended settlement plan.
• Card holder(s) is/are to settle the total bill payment via Union Bank Credit Card to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
• To convert transactions to an installment plan, cardholder should call the union bank contact center on 011 5800 800 within 14 days from the transaction date.
• Promotion eligibility is only on one-time transactions. (Transactions cannot be split and combined in order to convert in to instalment plans.)
• The total amount of all instalment plans (ESP plans to be made via this promotion ) maintained by the customer cannot exceed following amounts at any given time:
  • Gold – LKR. 150,000
  • Platinum – LKR. 350,000
  • Signature – LKR. 500,000

• Card holder(s) is/are to settle the total bill payment via Union Bank Visa International Credit Card(s) to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
• The offers are not valid for commercial purpose transactions.
• Union Bank reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
• Union Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment and Union Bank shall be final.
• The general Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
