Terms & Conditions
- To convert transactions to an installment plan, cardholder should call the union bank contact center on 011 5800 800 within 14 days from the transaction date.
- A cardholder can convert a maximum of 1 insurance transaction up to LKR 150,000 during the promotion period
- The Bank has the right to request for billing proof / invoices from the cardholder in order to convert transactions.
- Primary cardholder and supplementary card accounts will be considered as one account.
- Promotion eligibility is only on one-time transactions. (Transactions cannot be split and combined in order to convert in to instalment plans.)
- The total amount of all instalment plans (ESP plans to be made via this promotion ) maintained by the customer cannot exceed following amounts at any given time:
– Gold – LKR. 150,000, Platinum – LKR. 350,000, Signature – LKR. 500,000
General Terms & Conditions
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishment(s) involved in this promotion.
- The offers are not valid for commercial purpose transactions.
- Primary and supplementary cardholders will be considered as one account.
- Union Bank reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
- Union Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion.
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment(s) and Union Bank shall be final.
