Eligibility

• Sri Lankan national government pensioners receiving their pension through the Department of Pensions, up to 75 years of age, and widow pensioners between 35 – 75 years of age
• Pensioners of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka
• Members of the Sri Lankan Armed Forces and their families who are not currently service
