Union Bank recognized top performers for the period 1Q2026 at the UB Heroes Awards, a performance-based initiative designed to acknowledge and reward outstanding achievements across the organization. The awards recognized performance across different categories, including Branch business performance based on KPIs, Central and Retail Recovery Awards, Internal Customer Service and Sustainability. Based on its outstanding achievements Trincomalee Branch was awarded Best Branch award and received the KPI Achievement Award in recognition of its strong performance across all seven key performance indicators. In addition, several branches and departments were recognized for their contribution and continued commitment to operational excellence and performance delivery. The awards were presented by Dilshan Rodrigo, Director/Chief Executive Officer.
