Eligibility
- Sri Lankan citizens aged between 18-55 years
- Income holder should be employed for a minimum of 12 months and be in a confirmed employment
- Salaried Individuals – Net income of LKR 100,000.00 to LKR 150,000.00 per month.
- Self-employed Professionals/Sole Proprietors or Partners with net share of profit/income of LKR 200,000.00 per month
Documents Required
- Duly completed loan application form
- Copy of National Identity Card
- Copy of latest salary slip
- Letter from employer confirming employment and income
- Non-salaried individuals should provide valid documentary proof to justify the repayment income
- Letter specifying course details & fee structure issued by the Educational Institution
- Standing order / salary assignment letter
- Title documents & local authority documents related to the property, if the loan is backed by a mortgage of property
